Am I available to amend my purchase order after I submitted it?

If sellers are not yet sent out the package: 


1buyo customer service will contact sellers and exchange the goods. 



If sellers already send out the your goods and package: 


We are unable to exchange your goods. If you insist to exchange, please submit your exchange application after package arrived at 1buyo warehouse, 1buyo customers service will contacts sellers and arranges exchange the merchandise, but in this situation you need to bear the cargo returns delivery fee.
